Who I am
I'm Dustin Lehman — a sales and CRM strategist who's spent years in the trenches of revenue operations, customer relationship management, and the messy business of getting deals closed. I've worked with teams running Microsoft Dynamics 365, dealt with the chaos of CRM migrations, and watched AI go from a slide deck buzzword to something that actually moves the needle in sales workflows.
I built SassyCopilot because I was tired of reading AI content written by people who've never sat across from a prospect. This site is for people who sell, build systems that help people sell, or just want straight answers about what AI can actually do in the real world.
